Translating

Until my retirment, I was a free-lance translator, translating from English, German and French to Dutch. My speciality was computersoftware and manuals. I worked for such companies as Microsoft, Sony, Canon, Western Digital, AGCO, Yamaha and Verbatim. Several of these projects were done using translation tools, such as Trados.

Apart from translating I have written several books on office software myself.

I do take on the occasional new customer though.
